Kongsi Kasih Bersama Pullman Kuching is a Ramadan initiative under Where Hope Rises, Pullman Kuching’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) platform that brings together the hotel’s community engagement efforts.

Rooted in the spirit of generosity and togetherness that defines the holy month, the initiative focuses on creating meaningful moments of connection with the community.

The programme was launched through a special gathering that welcomed children and teachers from PERYATIM Kuching, representatives from the Penan Women Project, as well as members of the media, partners, and Pullman Kuching colleagues. The event created a warm and welcoming space for shared experiences, conversation, and community engagement.

Throughout the evening, guests and community members came together to share a meal and enjoy performances, reflecting the essence of Ramadan as a time for reflection, generosity, and togetherness.

As part of the initiative, Pullman Kuching also supports local community programmes and social enterprises, including showcasing handcrafted items from the Penan Women Project, allowing guests to contribute directly to community livelihoods.

Through Kongsi Kasih Bersama Pullman Kuching, the hotel continues to demonstrate how hospitality can create moments that bring people together — strengthening bonds within the community while celebrating the values of compassion, care, and shared humanity.
