Inspired by the coastal cuisines of Zhejiang, Fujian, and Guangdong, our menu reflects centuries of heritage shaped by the Maritime Silk Road. The elegantly designed space, provides an ideal setting for any occasion, featuring private dining rooms for up to 48 guests. Named for the precious Shaoxing wine buried at a daughter’s birth and unearthed for her wedding, our restaurant is a celebration of heritage and new beginnings. Under the direction of Chef Charles, formerly of the world-renowned Hakkasan, we invite you on a transcultural voyage along the Maritime Silk Road, where time-honoured recipes are reimagined with impeccable artistry.
